By downloading, installing, or using Daily Report+ (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Daily Report+ is a construction project management application designed for iOS devices. The App provides tools for:

Creating and managing daily construction reports
Tracking equipment, materials, and tasks
Photo documentation and organization
Project management and timeline tracking
Offline data storage with cloud synchronization

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account

4. User Responsibilities

When using Daily Report+, you agree to:

Not upload or transmit any harmful, illegal, or offensive content

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILY REPORT+ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Report+ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daily Report+ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
